[UPDATE] ArsClip V3.03
ArsClip remembers the most recent clipboard entries and allows you to quickly paste any of the entries into a program by pressing a global hotkey and selecting an item from the list. You can configure it to monitor both text and non-text clipboard entries, and you can create permanent items that are already present when ArsClip starts. There are also multiple ways for entering items into a program, including a “form mode” for pasting multiple fields in one step. (via The Portable Freeware Collection)
